A Create the Change® Activation is a transformative experience where kids participate in a service opportunity, often with one of our nonprofit partners present, while learning about the root cause of an issue area that fits their age, interests, and community needs.
A Create the Change® Activation can look one of three ways:
Activators are volunteers or staff representing parent-teacher associations, schools, scout troops, and other youth-serving organizations. They organize and facilitate meaningful, age-appropriate service-learning opportunities using our helpful Event Activation Playbook. Not only do Activators receive training and programming ideas, but our team also guides them every step of the way!
The Activation Playbook is a tool that members of the Activator Network receive that contains all of the information needed to facilitate a successful Activation!
