I am a UX Research leader with 17 years of experience and am currently Head of Research at Amazon Seller Services. I have been in UX Research leadership roles at Walmart eCommerce, Facebook/Instagram, Google, Nokia, and Yahoo, and have spoken at conferences in the US, Asia, and Europe. I have a master’s degree from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in communications with a systems and technology focus and information sciences minor from Cornell University in New York, where I graduated with honors. Originally having grown up in upstate NY, I have lived in California since 2003 and have 2 daughters. I'm passionate about cultivating empathy for children and am excited to be on the board of PGK.
